Restaurant. Mixed crowd. Great location on the promenade near where the river Tonle Sap and Mekong meet. A stone's throw away lies the beautiful Wat Ounalom monasteries and temples and a little further down the street you can visit the National Museum, the magnificent Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda in which you, in addition to all the beautiful temple buildings, can see a model of Angkor Wat.
K-West is perhaps not the most lively place during the day but after a few hours into the heat outdoors you may need a relaxing place indoors, air-conditioning and a cold drink or a refreshing espresso. You can get it here, as well as mainly French / Western food choices from USD10-15. In the evenings a lot more people and with special arrangements, dance parties and live music, some of the nights. Free Wi-Fi of course.
Visited during a few days in March 2012.
